* Take 7 minutes listening to nature
Take a break and drift into the sound of nature to relax your mind at any time of the day.
* Take around 15 minutes for a guided or music only meditation
Allow yourself to take some time in, just be there and you will be guided through a meditation. Thentake a moment to notice how you feel after.
